These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the taya00 platform, including all games, services, promotions, and financial transactions available at taya00.org. By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Each player may hold only one active taya00 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited. All accounts must be registered in the player's own legal name with valid Philippine government-issued identification.

2.1 By registering an account on taya00 or by continuing to use the taya00 platform after any update to this Agreement, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as by the taya00 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the taya00 platform and close your account by contacting taya00 customer support.
2.3 This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and taya00 under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Use of the taya00 platform signifies full acceptance of all terms herein.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and play on taya00. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is strictly enforced. taya00 requires documentary proof of age as part of its KYC process. Any account found to have been created by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any balance will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
3.2 Jurisdiction. taya00 is licensed and regulated to provide services within the Philippines. The platform is intended for Philippine residents. taya00 does not intentionally accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that access to and use of taya00 is legal under the laws of their jurisdiction.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You warrant that you are not acting as an agent or representative of another person for the purposes of using taya00.
3.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an active taya00 account:
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on taya00. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether for the purpose of exploiting promotions, circumventing limits, or for any other reason — is a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited at taya00's sole discretion.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and government-issued identification. taya00 is not liable for any losses or complications arising from the provision of inaccurate registration information.
4.3 Account Name. Your taya00 account must be registered in your own name. Accounts registered in a third party's name, or on behalf of another person, are not permitted and will be closed upon discovery.
4.4 Non-Transferability. Your taya00 account, username, and password are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits held within it to any third party.
4.5 Account Updates. It is your responsibility to maintain current and accurate account information. If your registered mobile number, email address, or personal details change, you must update your taya00 account promptly by contacting support.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya00 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You must not disclose these to any other person.
5.2 taya00 will never request your password by email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from taya00 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to taya00 support immediately.
5.3 You agree to notify taya00 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. taya00 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.4 taya00 implements SMS one-time password (OTP) two-factor authentication for logins from new devices and for all withdrawal requests. You must ensure your registered Philippine mobile number remains active and in your possession.
6.1 In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), taya00 is required to verify the identity of all registered players before permitting full account functionality, including withdrawals above specified thresholds.
6.2 KYC verification requires the submission of a clear, legible copy of one of the following valid Philippine government-issued identity documents:
6.3 taya00 may additionally request proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days) and proof of payment method ownership where required by PAGCOR compliance procedures.
6.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe stipulated by taya00 may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality until documentation is received and approved.
6.5 All KYC documentation submitted to taya00 is handled in accordance with the taya00 Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
7.1 General Rules. All bets placed on taya00 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, as displayed within the game's information or help section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.
7.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only valid and binding upon confirmation by taya00's platform systems. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or insufficient wallet balance are null and void and no liability shall attach to taya00.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game on taya00 displays minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are set per game and may vary by table, stake level, or account VIP tier. taya00 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
7.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a game error, malfunction, or disconnection, taya00 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the Player's wallet. taya00's determination of the outcome in such circumstances is final.
7.5 Live Dealer Games. For live dealer games, the result announced by the dealer and confirmed by the taya00 platform is final. Video recordings of live sessions are maintained for audit purposes. Disputes regarding live game outcomes may be submitted to taya00 support within 24 hours of the relevant session.
7.6 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void by taya00 in circumstances including, but not limited to: platform errors, game malfunctions, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or PAGCOR compliance requirements. Void bets are refunded to the Player's wallet.
8.1 Currency. All transactions on taya00 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). taya00 does not accept foreign currency deposits or make withdrawals in foreign currencies.
8.2 Accepted Payment Methods. taya00 currently supports the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (cash payment), and Cebuana Lhuillier. Additional channels may be added from time to time at taya00's discretion.
8.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed in real time. Bank transfers may take 15–60 minutes depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. Cash payments via 7-Eleven and Cebuana are credited upon confirmation from the relevant payment partner, typically within 1–2 hours.
8.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 1–3 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank) are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cutoff time of 5:00 PM PST on business days. Requests submitted after the cutoff are processed on the next business day.
8.5 Withdrawal to Registered Method. Withdrawals at taya00 may only be made to a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
8.6 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per payment channel. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of the taya00 platform. taya00 reserves the right to amend limits without prior notice.
8.7 Player Funds Protection. taya00 holds Player wallet balances in accounts segregated from the Operator's operational funds, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. This ensures Player funds are protected regardless of the Operator's financial condition.
9.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional offers made available by taya00 are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of offer, in addition to these general bonus terms.
9.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses issued by taya00 are subject to wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) and are disclosed in the applicable promotion terms.
9.3 Game Contribution. Not all games on taya00 contribute equally toward the fulfillment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of the wager, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
9.4 Bonus Validity. All bonuses issued by taya00 have a validity period after which they expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited. The validity period is communicated at the time of bonus issuance.
9.5 Bonus Abuse. taya00 employs technology and monitoring tools to detect bonus abuse, including the creation of duplicate accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, and collusion between players. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their account suspended, bonus credits and associated winnings forfeited, and may be reported to PAGCOR.
9.6 Single Bonus Policy. taya00 is entitled to apply a maximum of one active bonus to an account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion. Players may opt out of bonuses by contacting taya00 support before a deposit is processed.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya00 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
11.1 All content on the taya00 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, game software, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of taya00 or its licensed content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws of the Philippines and applicable international treaties.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the taya00 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.
11.3 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the taya00 platform without the prior written consent of taya00.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya00's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total funds held in your taya00 wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.2 taya00 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or damages arising from reliance on information presented on the platform.
12.3 taya00 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond taya00's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failure, cyberattack, or force majeure events.
12.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits taya00's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
13.1 taya00 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following player protection tools are available to all registered taya00 players at any time via account settings:
13.2 taya00 will enforce any responsible gaming restriction you apply to your account immediately upon your request. Increasing a limit or ending a cool-down period may be subject to a waiting period in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines.
13.3 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to review the resources available on the taya00 Responsible Gaming page and to make use of the self-exclusion tool immediately.
14.1 taya00 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
14.2 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or financial transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months. taya00 will notify the Player at the registered mobile number prior to applying any administrative fee to a dormant account. The balance of a dormant account remains the property of the Player and will be returned upon request following successful identity verification.
14.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request the closure of their taya00 account at any time by contacting taya00 customer support. Any outstanding balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed to taya00 and subject to completion of pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.
15.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
15.2 PAGCOR Jurisdiction. taya00 operates under a PAGCOR license and is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory authority. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's player complaint procedures.
15.3 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the taya00 platform, you agree to first contact taya00 customer support in writing at the contact details in Section 17. taya00 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt. If a resolution cannot be reached internally, the dispute may be referred to PAGCOR for adjudication.
15.4 Jurisdiction. To the extent that court proceedings are initiated, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
16.1 taya00 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS to the registered mobile number or via a prominent notice on the taya00 platform at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, unless a shorter notice period is required by PAGCOR regulation or law.
16.2 Your continued use of the taya00 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account as described in Section 14.
16.3 The version of these Terms and Conditions dated January 1, 2026 supersedes and replaces all previous versions. The current version is always available at taya00.org/terms-conditions.
